Monthly Social Media Curation Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in Engaged Life’s Monthly Social Media Curation services (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Service

Monthly Social Media Curation includes curated content creation and or posting support as outlined in your selected package or custom agreement. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Content planning and direction
• Carousel creation and caption writing
• Use of a combination of photos and video provided by the client
• Optional posting to Engaged Life platforms when agreed upon
• Strategic recommendations aligned with brand positioning and visibility goals

Specific deliverables, frequency, and platforms will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of service.

2. Payment and Billing

Social Media Curation is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate agreed upon at enrollment.

Payments are processed automatically each month on your subscription date unless canceled.

Invoices and receipts are provided electronically.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the Service at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected].

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services will continue through the end of the paid month.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the time-based, creative, and digital nature of this Service, no refunds, exchanges, or partial credits will be issued for unused time, early cancellation, or changes in business circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and quality output, clients agree to:

• Provide approved photos and or videos in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Confirm brand preferences, goals, and any key messaging in advance

Delays in content delivery caused by missing assets or approvals may impact posting schedules.

6. Intellectual Property

All original copy, captions, content structure, and creative strategy developed by Engaged Life remain the intellectual property of Engaged Life.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the finalized content created for their brand across their own platforms.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or provide Engaged Life-created content to third parties without written permission.

By submitting photos or videos, you grant Engaged Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt the content for agreed-upon services and promotional purposes, with credit given when applicable.

7. Creative Discretion

Engaged Life retains creative discretion over content structure, formatting, and presentation to maintain brand integrity and performance standards.

While collaboration and feedback are welcomed, excessive revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Engaged Life does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement metrics, inquiries, or bookings.

The Service is intended to support brand visibility, consistency, and positioning, not to function as paid advertising or lead generation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Engaged Life shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Service.

You agree that all marketing and content decisions are made at your own discretion.

10. Modification of Terms

Engaged Life reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated as needed, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
