Membership in the Engaged Life Vendor Community is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $35 USD.
Your payment will automatically renew each month on your subscription date unless canceled.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the community until that period ends.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
Due to the ongoing and digital nature of this membership, no refunds, exchanges, or partial credits will be issued once payment has been processed — including for unused time or early cancellation.

3. Membership Benefits

As a member of the Engaged Life Vendor Community, you will receive access to:

Monthly features across Engaged Life social media platforms and blog;

A dedicated vendor listing on the Engaged Life website;

Access to the private vendor community for collaboration and referrals; and

Bi-monthly updates with feedback and insights from couples.

Engaged Life reserves the right to modify, enhance, or adjust the community’s features and offerings at any time to improve the experience for members.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content shared within or created by Engaged Life — including but not limited to text, images, design, copy, guides, and social content — remains the intellectual property of Engaged Life.

Members may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any Engaged Life content or materials without prior written permission.

By submitting content (including photos or videos) for feature or publication, you grant Engaged Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your work on its platforms and marketing materials, with credit given whenever possible.

You agree that participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Engaged Life, its team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Vendor Community, your content submissions, or your violation of these terms.

9. Modification of Terms

Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Vendor Community constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
